Even though I feel so dead
its still not enough
the pain I feel everyday is just too real
it reminds me that I'm still alive
& that I'm still here on this dreadful day
Ive almost made it through it
& yet I still want out
I wanna give up
but first I want you to hear me...

screaming at the top of my lungs
I want you to hear me
my voice reveals my hidden pain
I want you to hear me
as I'm telling you I'm afraid
I want you to hear me
even as my voice starts to fade
I want you to hear me
when I whisper in your ear
just hear me out
cause having you not know
is my worst fear...

Please don't ignore
because I want you to hear me
please just listen once more
& try to understand
I'm tired of hiding like this
its my hurting that you've missed

& now I know I just wasn't worth it
cause you wouldn't give me a chance
or the time of day
I wanted you to hear me
there was something I wanted to say
& while you ignored me for the last time
all I wanted to say
was that I wanted to break the silence that day..
